Ex-Offenders

Ex-Offenders
Research shows that comprehensive services for ex- offenders can significantly reduce recidivism by increasing the chances of employment, assistance with housing, providing proper healthcare for substance abuse or mental health treatment and assistance with education. It is our desire to serve men and women ages 18 and older that have been convicted of crime(s) and have been released back into the Metropolitan Atlanta area. These ex-offenders are determined to start a new life and not re- offend.

Survivors of Domestic Violence
Truth Outreach Center (TOC) also offers a full service program that assists female and male domestic violence victims with counseling, mentoring, and clothing for a new start and provides resources for transitional housing services.

Homeless Veterans
Currently there are over 3000 homeless veterans in the state of Georgia. Truth Outreach Center (TOC) is tasked to stamp out veteran homelessness by providing job training, interview skills, support counseling and a food and clothing Pantry.
